Maximum Load Capacity
It’s important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images on the right. If you subtract your body weight from the maximum load capacity, you will know the number of weights you can load. You include your bodyweight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on.
Example: If you weigh 100 kg, you can train with 300 kg on the FB20 before you reach the maximum load capacity of 400 kg.
Storage for dumbbells
The workout bench rests on a base with extra reinforcement: this means the bench can handle the weight of many dumbbells for intense workouts. Moreover, the base with extra reinforcement is shaped so that it provides extra dumbbell storage.

The stitched seat with extra sturdy corners guarantees that you can use your weight bench for many years and prevents wear and tear to delicate parts.
